Question about Ford Ranger
Bottom pulley at 0 (TDC), dystributor rotor indicating cylinder one and marks on head an top cam pulley that will align exactly with valves on cylinder number 1 on compression, both closed (perhaps one mark exactly at 12 o clock) (or two marks one at 9 o clock an the other at 3 o clock ) but on front of cm pulley
