any way you feel vibrations travel in whicth speed?
if it is up then 90-100 kmh get your tires balanced ,(they put a piece of metal in them to not vibrate in high speed) if you have done this, see how is your alignment tires. if this have done see your arm steering , you have them problematic(losting fluid inside, or if you have hited something hard with your tires.

As you are stating that it is a 2010model you should go to the dealer you got it from and let them fix it under warranty, replacing thermostat does not solve the problem as it the heater core that either needs to be bled or replaced.

Hi, My thoughts exactly ( fuel leak). Is this a deisel or gas engine?
In both cases be very careful with lights or cigarettes.
You can smell it when you get out of car in a garage or stall.
