SOURCE: CL55 AMG or CLK55 AMG? Opinions

2003 CL55 with the AMGV8K engine is a superior car. A different league. Like all things, there are compromises. It handless less well than a CLK55. The CLK55 is not a track car by any means either. I'm sure the CLK55 outhandles a CL65 also, but the two cars are not in the same planet.

SOURCE: The heater or air conditioner will come on when

I had this issue before. Try tapping around with your foot under the dash on the passenger side. The blower motor is inside there. If it kicks on, its probably the same issue I had, which was the blower motor was dead due to crappy wiring. I put in a used one for about $55. New ones are like $275.

Where is the heater blower fuse

You did not state what vehicle this is. The fuse is usually in the fusebox which can be behind a panel cover under the dash or sometimes in the side of the console if equipped.
Larger fuses are usually in a Powerbox under the hood. If this is a Ford family Brand, then there is a heater resistor which you may find by following the heater blower wires under the hood. Backtrack to a switch which has 2 bolts and 1 wire connector on it and barely protruding from the Firewall.
Sometimes if you tap this switch with the end of a snowbrush handle or broom, the switch will start working again. Do this while the engine is running.

You may also go to and enter your vehicle for free and after you register to this site, they have Wiring Diagrams. Both the fusebox content and general color-coded wiring Diagram is available.

I hope my Solution is helpful.

My blower motor works intermittantly, if i hit a bump in the road it may go on or turn off

hi, there a few things to check. is the fuse loose. or the heater motor connection loose. the trouble is the heater motor is normally in the middle of the dashboard. but sometimes if you take out the glovebox it maybe behind that. check fuse first. gerry

These can be like needles in a haystack, but here are the steps I would follow. First recheck the connections with a circuit tester, and make sure to wiggle while testing. Its also possible the fusebox itself is either loose, or has a loose fuse so replace the fuse. Get a schematic, and test anything else that may be in the same circuit. Finally if all this doesnt help then look on the schematic, and check all the grounds... This can be a very lengthy labour intensive job... Take your time and you will eventually find the problem.

Heater motor quit after hitting a large bump now has no power at the motor

Check your connections to the motor, no power does'nt mean no ground, check and see if you have ground..if not, check your fuses...and your relay for the heater/motor

My heater in my 2002 Hyundai Accent quit blowing. I took the dash out where the stereo is to see what I could find and my dash lights quit working. I thought I had a lose wire of some sort because...

what you need is a new blower motor. It is located under/behind the glove box. The reason that it comes on when you hit a bump is because it jars the brushes in the blower motor to make better contact then when you hit another bump it losses contact.

Radio, clock and lighter quit working

This is the interior fuse. The fusebox is on the left side under the dash, in front of the door. The fusebox door has a diagram identifying the fuses. Replacement fuses are available from any discount store or auto parts store. Use the correct amperage fuse.

Heater problem blower not blowing ?

Hi Steve, you're so close to the answer already.
The feed wire is broken and sometimes it touches and sometimes not. It might just be the fitting on the end if you're lucky.
I'd replace the whole wire just to be sure ;)
