What is the location of the fuel pressure sensor on a 2000 FORD truck f650 5.9L

7th generation truck, Cummins.
Cummins ISB 5.9 L inline-six

it is the fuel fume WC super low pressure sensor on top of the tank.
part of the EVAP SMOG systems. for Vent fumes. not fuel raw.

there is fuel level sensor too.

why not tell the problem first, so we can not have to guess 3000 parts in the the truck not working right.
as in whats up doc
getting DTC errors for EVAP
engine lost power, or DTC errors for EFI? or?
OK I found the engine controls schematics on this truck
and I am looking for all sensors (for sure pressure)_
map pressure switch sure. is vacuum not pressure unless boosted induction.
yes ICP is there injector control pressure sensor true name.
I read all 16 PCM pages. so you are talking ICP
the SM says

DTC P1280 indicates injector control signal circuit out of rangelow was detected during KOEO Self Test or during continuous diagnostic monitoring.
and

  • biased ICP sensor/PCM
  • open ICP sensor circuit
  • short to SIG RTN or PWR GND on ICP sensor circuit
  • open in VREF circuit
  • Disconnect ICP sensor harness connector.
  • Key on, engine off.
  • Measure voltage between VREF Pin B and battery ground.
Is voltage between 4.5 and 5.5 volts?
then goes on 25 lines of tests and pages. just for this.
I say RTM read the manual and do the 25 tests above

  1. If the fault is not visually evident, proceed to diagnose the integrated control panel (ICP) by entering the ICP Self-Diagnostic Mode.
ICP Self-Diagnostic Mode
NOTE: To enter the ICP Self-Diagnostic Mode, the ICP must be ON and in radio tuner mode (AM/FM).
  1. Enter the diagnostic mode by pressing and holding preset buttons 3 and 6 simultaneously. This will suspend all radio functions, and display SP.
  1. Preset Button 1 = Audio internal/external SELF TEST. The display will flash SELF while gathering the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), then stop flashing when complete. Press the TUNE UP button to display the DTCs if any exist. Record codes and refer to the following table:

Hi Team , is a 2003 HD F250 7.3 auto 4wd has a really bad oil leak from around the injector pump or under it ?? any suggestions and also require a full service manual for same , look forward to your...

Hi, Since it is an '03 model year, there is a ICP sensor located at the back of the engine that are known to blow causing ICP issues. The other obvious symptom would be an oil leak at the top rear of the engine running down to the bottom of the bellhousing. Branch tube internal leaks usually occur only on 2005 to 2007 model years. Another thing to look for, is the tops of the injectors. Some early model years were prone to loose the injector circlips at the tops of the injectors, also causing an ICP (injector control pressure) leak.
You cannot get to manual free online. You have to contact Haynes (1-800-242-4637) manual to request for the service manual.

There is a beeping sound that I cant diagnos. It

Someone may have lost a digital watch in the vehicle. Or you may have an alarm feature for a destination timer. See if the clock has a setting for repeat alert.

If you have an owners manual see what features you have for the trip computer or navigation unit. On the menu for the Command Control you have controls for the Horn to blow for setting the alarm, Park Assist, and Autolock for the doors. It may be on that menu for a clock alert.

I have a 2006 mountaineer with power running boards, after I changed the battery neither one of the boards work now. the interior lights and the door ajar lights work. thanks

If you have a information menu in the dash, besides all of the gas mileage and trip functions- there is another menu.
On this menu you are able to set the horn to chirp when setting the alarm, park assist for the mirrors and so forth. One of the functions should be the on/off for the running boards. We had a Lincoln Aviator without running boards, but I believe I read about it in the owners manual. The setting was probably lost when you changed the battery.
