SOURCE: Wet Floor

hi favourite place for water getting in and under your mats is the door seals around the door and if you take the door pad off theres a sheet like a gasket covers the whole door make sure theres no holes in it as water gets in through the window seal to the inside of the door runs down the inside of the door into the floor compartment to check where it is coming in to confirm use a power washer start spraying the lower partof the door with someone inside watching you start at the bottom because if you start at the top water runs down the door and you won,t know wheather or not it is the op of the door or bottom starting at the bottom you are positive its the partof door being sprayed is where the problem is if you cannot see any leaks try spraying the front screen yates210456

SOURCE: ECT snow feature Toyota Highlander 2005

Turn vehicle on, with foot on brake put vehicle in NEUTRAL. Still holding brakes move 4x4 switch to 4 wheel drive, it should engage. The ECT snow is just s feather that make the transmission take off in 2nd gear so its not a fast take off and you wouldn't skid. Good Luck

SOURCE: My 2005 toyota highlander power windows for one of

If all your other windows are working it must be a loose connector at the power window regulator. You have to remove the door trim and check the connector. If there is a water leak it could have cause damage to the window regulator itself or cause corrosion in the connector

My car has a lot of condensation on the front and rear windows ,dampness has formed in the passenger foot well, what could be the cause?

Air Conditioner Drain pipe blocked . Feel behind heater on carpet is it wet ?
If you have been using your Air conditioner in humid weather it will extract even more water from the air and if the pipe is blocked it will add water to your car.
If this is the cause it takes about 30 seconds for a car repair place to lift the car up on their car jack and unblock the pipe .

Why is carpet damp or wet?

Sounds like the air conditioning evaporator/heater box has a blocked drain, when using a/c condensation will form on the evaporator, and should drain via hose externally...

The drain hose will run through the floor directly under where the a/c fan/evaporator box is located, you may have to remove some kick panels or part of dashboard to access the evaporator box to clean the drain hose....

2014 sonata and all the floors in the car are soaking wet,I need to know what the problem is also my car windows are wet inside every morning, never has this happened till now, please help?

Hi, there was a problem with the rear lights seal allowing water to penetrate into the interior car floor. The windows are wet inside because of the condensation caused by the wet floor / carpets.

2005 chevy equinox window fogs up and a strong smell of antifreeze but my floor is not wet

It sounds like the heater core is leaking. You may not see a wet carpet. There is a drain tube that allows condensation to be directed outside the vehicle. You may notice that the coolant is draining onto the ground instead. Check the heater core first then the two heater hoses. A coolant pressure tester will help you find the source. Let me know how you make out, Good luck.

AC unit causes carpet to get wet

Yes the A/C condensate drain is probably cloged up. I have not worked on a Montana but if you look at another GM mini van with the A/C on and the condensation driping out the bottom you can see where the drip comes from.
I hope this helps you.

Water dripping from underneath

That hose is the drain hose for the a/c. When condensation forms from running the a/c it drains out through the black hose you are refering too.If it doesn't drain out it will eventually overflow inside the car and get your carpet wet.
