Car stalls, tach needle pegs, engine turns over but will not start
3.5 ltr engine, runs perfect, when it wants to. While driving at a steady speed, more than 20 miles, the engine jerks, once, stalls, the tach needle pegs past 10 ,and the cruse control light will flash on one time.
After coasting onto the shoulder , I stop, and try to start the engine, the engine cranks but will not start. I let the car set between 20 min. and 4 hrs, it then starts, and runs like new. It has a new cam sensor, crank sensor, coil pack, spark plugs and wire set, a new fuel pump and filter, a new timing belt and waterpump. Was in the shop (dodge dealer) several times and they claim they cant find the problem.
