Where is tubocharger boost control position sensor A located on duramax diesel

That would be between the turbo and the intake manifold. Look for something attached to that plenum with wires coming out of it, connected into the wiring harness.

Where is the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor located on a 2002 2500HD with a 6.6 Duramax Diesel?

The intake air temperature sensor on a 6.6L diesel is part of the mass air flow sensor, located just outside the air filter housing, in the intake air snorkle going to the engine. The other one is for the turbo system and is located directly at the top of the engine in the inlet pipe for the turbo. This on is the intake temperature heater / sensor, and will set a totally different code relating to the turbo. The one you want is incorporated with the MAF sensor. Usually code P0101 sets.

Location of engine thermostats on 2003 ch2500hd turbo diesel

Check this location.
Between the alternator and A/C compressor, on the top. The other thermostat with vent holes goes toward the rear of the engine.
I believe the temp ratings are different for each.
Let engine cool before working on it.
Clean up an spilled radiator fluid. It will destroy pets liver in 24 hours if they drink it.
