Location of the peacock on the radiator

Not sure what you're looking for. A peacock is a bird. Perhaps you're looking for a "stopcock"? If so, it's likely on the bottom, on the engine side.

Headgasket must be checked. and check that you have enough radiator fluid. Also check for warped/cracked cylinder head.

What is the easiest way to drain water out of radiator and put in 50/50 antifreeze?

There is a stopcock on the bottom of the radiator on the tank. Open the radiator cap and remove the stopcock and drain the coolant into a tub.

Need to replace radiator. How do I get to it

I have 1995, and that is quite a different model, but -
There was a little plastic plate (4 screws?) over the radiator.
Drain the radiator by the stopcock at the bottom. remove the two large rubber hoses (recommend replacement) by loosening hose clamps. Disconnect the two steel lines (transmission oil lines) over a bucket too. there were two u-shaped clamps over the radiator - remove them, then the radiator. Not a very hard job. Good luck!

When do i replace the radiator in my 1999 BMW 328i? Thank you

there is no set mileage at which a radiator is replaced, the coolant should be replaced every 100,000 miles though.

Radiator removal BMW 316i

hi, the two clamps that secure the radiator have a small slot on the top, if you insert a small screwdriver into the slot and use it as a pry bar you should be able to unclip the holding clamp and it then releases like a hinge.
