I changed the bulbs and fuses are good, my blinker and back up lights still aren't working, any suggestions as what else it could be,

Have you checked the ground wires on the rear light assemblies? Also, consider the steering column, and the ignition switch.

Jeep turn signals buzz

shorted turn signal lines.
hazzard fails and both left and right,
wiggle the haz switch, a few times, they can get dirty. from non use.
if all are dead, then bad blinker module.

I have a 1995 grand prix Blinkers dont work but, other lights do.

First check turn signal fuse and relay if, they are good then try pressing on and off the hazard switch while turning the signal switch on.If signals start to work replace hazard switch. If hazard switch is good then replace turn signal switch.

Turning signals not working all the time

Sounds like the blinker relay. Is the emergency flasher switch on the dash above the radio ? If it is the blinkers relay is the same as the emergency relay. If the blinkers stop working pound on the emergency lights switch and if they start working then replace the emergency lights relay switch cause the blinkers is on the same relay as the emergency lights. My 2001 Grand Am does the same and I just hit the emergency lights switch and they start working again.

Left turn signal (front and back) are not working

those cars have a lot of problems with the signal switch, same thing one signal wont work, to test try putting signal on and slowly wiggle or pull back slightly and up and down while watch signal if it starts working then it a switch, also make sure hazard button is off, good luck, hope this helps.
