I don't have the complete answer right now. I just had this problem about 7 months ago. I will try to get you the answer right away, my memory is terrible. Anyway it was not the tank leaking, I came across the right person who knew what it was and saved me the hassle of replacing the tank. If I would have replaced the tank the problem would have continued. I'll try to get answer ASAP.

the windshield washer pump might be bad. It should be located somewhere on the reservoir

if i am not mistaken it uses the same reservoir as your windshield washers. if its not working it may be plugged or malfunctioning.

Rear washer may have it's own reservoir . Can you hear a pump humming when you activate the washer? Look in the under flooor compartment

the only solution acording to the manual is to replace the reservoir... not much to say about that, u do have the option to patch it...be careful with the product u use to glue that patch.

the pump has packed up its under the inner wing on the washer bottle and its one pump that does both by reversing the motor ,its a job to get too without removing the plastic inner wing

I don't have the complete answer right now. I just had this problem about 7 months ago. I will try to get you the answer right away, my memory is terrible. Anyway it was not the tank leaking, I came across the right person who knew what it was and saved me the hassle of replacing the tank. If I would have replaced the tank the problem would have continued. I'll try to get answer ASAP. Let me say once more, the resevoir tank was not the problem although several people thought it was.

check the washer fluid line from the tank to the wipers. They usually crack behind the headlights/battery area. Well, crack or rub against the battery tray.

There is a little float mechanism inside the washer tank that is probably stuck or binding. If the wiper/washers work, you have power to the fluid tank.
Pull of the top and see if you can locate it. You might need a piece of flexible, fine wire to GENTLY help it along...
