Im not sure why you would want to do this.Anyway there is high pressure line and a return line.Get your pan under the car and take off one end of the return line, whitch ever end is easiest. The fluid should drain itself.Have fun!

Leave the cap off of it haqve someone start the vehicle and hold something to catch the fluid in...it should drain that way otherwise you have to cut a hose to drain it

Is it possible for the powerstering fluid to get into the radiator and drain the powerstering fluid

only if the cooler is in the radiator// if you have an automatic trans and your getting red oil in the radiator it maybe the trans oil check the trans fluid to see if you are getting water in the transmission if so change the oil in the trans & replace the radiator

99 Chevy Malibu - auto trans - no dipstick

You have what is called a closed cased transmission. You have to crawl underneathe to get to the tranny and remove the upper bolt close to the side of the case (more towards the bottom of the transmission). When you fill it, you fill it till it starts to drip out of that hole.

Looking for a picture for you.
