Fuel seems fine it seems like spark is fading out when I try to accelerate- It is pretty drastic -can't really drive the car safely.

When bogging I can add fuel to the intake and it makes no diff. so fuel is not the problem.

I have the same symptoms- but only in D L or 2 and not in N or P. I think it is a Tranny issue because it revs out fine in P or N so it is getting air/fuel/spark

Could be the fuel pump.My truck did this once.It would start right up and it would go as long as I didnt touch the gas pedal. When i hit the gas it would sputter and try to shut off untill I let off the gas. Some little shops might do a fuel pressure test cheap. If you think the the fuel is ok all you do is start replacing the stuff.Could be anything plugs, wires, coil, cap or rotor. If you have the money its good to replace that stuff anyway.Im sure its the pump though let me know.Good luck.

Acceleration Issues - Fuel Injection Problem?

A pressure test needs to be done to determine if the right amount of fuel is being delievered. Another thing that can happen is the TPS can be out of range, or even bad.

My 2001 kia rio 1.3l consumes so much gas at about 9 kilometers per liter. I believe they can go upto 14-15 kph per liter. What should i do to minimize gas consumption?

You can over-inflate your tires by about 8%, use a K&N air filter, drive 15 kph slower on the highway, accelerate slowly and never accelerate uphill, draft behind larger vehicles, regular maintenance (oil changes, spark plugs, wires, filters), use a fuel system cleaner every oil change. These can increase your fuel economy drastically, but if you are still noticing poor fuel economy you should have the car checked by a mechanic for what might be causing the high fuel consumption.

i hope this helps

Jerking on normal acceleration.

You might try a TPS switch. It should set a code but yours did't. The throttle position sensor sets the spark advance and fuel flow to match. The other possibility is the EGR system which also should set a code.
If you have not changed the fuel filter, try that because if you accellerate hard the fuel slooshes to the back of the tank.
In normal driving the contaminents lay on the bottom of the tank.

I have acceleration problems at times here and there.

sounds like a spark plug/ spark plug wire problem. i would change the plugs and wires this is a cheap fix and can be done with little effort.

BANK 2 SENSOR 1 WHERE IS IT LOCATED ON 02 CHRYSLER 300 M

That sensor is the one between the exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter (sensor #1). Bank 2 is the side of the engine that cylinder #1 is NOT on. Here is a diagram showing cylinder #1.

FYI, sensor #2 is the one behind (downstream) the catalytic converter.
