SOURCE: Need to tow 04 mazda rx 8

Top left and right corners of the front grill pull away to reveal the fixing holes. Make sure you WD40 the threads as Mazda coat the threads with paint. insert towing eyes and turn slowly unscrew and screw a bit at a time as you have a good chance of cross threading if you don't. Keep lubricating as you go. Make sure you take the plastic inserts off completely before towing as you will loose them when towing. replace when completed towing. Good luck and hope what ever the reason for towing it is not serious.

Looking for front tow hooks

Front bumper tow hooks are large, easily visible hooks that are attached to the exterior of the vehicle's bumper.
Primary Benefit: Tow hooks can be used as a point of attachment for chains or straps to extract a stuck vehicle.

Check here for parts:

Engine rolls over does not start

I had this problem. Twice! It sounded like it wanted to turn over but couldn't. Your engine may be flooded. I had to have mine towed to the mazda dealer (if under 100,000 miles it is under warrenty) so they could fix it. The second time they had to replace my engine because of a bad compression ring.

I did not let my RX8 completely warm up before i shut it off. what can i do now instead of having to pay to have it towed

hi if you dont want it to be towed you could most of the time let the car sit and the gass would vaporize and the the car could be started again! but to be sure you could pull the ignition and fuel pump fuse\relay then crank the car a few times then put the fueses back in and you should be good to go!!
