p1127 indicates a problem with the downstream oxygen sensor. No big deal , cheap and easy to replace. Car is still driveable .

Ford f-150 running rough

Ok P0174 Is bank 2 (drivers side) is running lean
P0350 is an ignition coil primary circuit malfunction
P1127 indicates the HO2S heater(s) were not on during KOER Self-Test and testing of the HO2S did not occur.Engine not operating long enough prior to performing KOER Self-Test.
P1780 means that the OD switch on gear shifter was not cycled off then on during self test.
I would recommend re-running your self test and make sure to warm the engine up first and make sure to cycle the od switch on/off during the test and recheck the codes.
P0174 lean code could be caused by a miss-fire and P0350 could be caused by anything in the ignition(coil,plug,wires,etc.).
If the P0174 and P0350 repeat I would concentrate on the cylinders in bank 2. If you have a spark tester you could hook it to each of those plug wires individually and look for a weak spark. or try and unhook each wire one at a time and see if you can find a weak cylinder that way by the amount of rpm drop and replace the components on that cylinder and retest.

Pulled code 1127

Hi

P1127 long term fuel trim bank 1 system too rich.

I think you could be right with the O2 sensor. The vehicle should only hestitate at light throttle, but should be okay under acceleration. It may even idle slightly erratically.

I would however, if you have a pulsewidth meter, check the injector pulses, because if the pulsewidths are too short then the O2 sensor is functioning correctly and is actually shortening the pulsewidths in an attempt to counteract an overfuelling scenario, which could be the result of dripping injectors or the like.

As I said earlier, though, I would tend to go along with your O2 sensor fault.

Regards

Geordie
