Kia soul key reprogramming - 2010 Kia Soul

1. Close all the doors and insert the key into the ignition.
2. Turn the key off then on repeatedly until the door locks cycle. End with the key turned on.
3. Press the lock or unlock button on the key fob. If the doors lock (or unlock), the key fob is programmed.
4. Turn the ignition to off

Feb 13, 2012 - There is no fuel reset switch. There is a fuel pump fuse within the fuse box and there is a relay inside of the electrical panel in the engine .

Maybe, I would start looking at your crank sensor readout as you try turning over very common on these models to go bad and intermittent no starts.
