My 2007 f150 will not crank over I hear the relay click but there seems to be no power going to the solenoid. I replaced the relay and it started about 30 times now same prob any advice

What relay did you replace ? Starter relay ? Removing the relay you may have changed connector position in the fuse / relay box where the relay plugs into . Wiggle the relay see if that does anything . At the relay base jump pin's 30 & 87 with jumper wire , it should crank the engine over . If you look on the bottom of the relay you will see 4 set's of numbers 30 & 87 are load side of the relay . If you were to test with a voltmeter ,pin 30 would have Battery voltage ,Pin 87 goes to the S terminal on the starter solenoid . Pins 85 & 86 are the control side .When you turn the key to start B+ voltage goes through the run / start diode ,located in the AUX relay box 1 through the digital transmission range sensor to pin 86 of the starter relay ,pin 85 goes to the PCM .Where the PCM supply's a ground energizing the starter relay closing the contacts inside sending B+ voltage to the starter solenoid S terminal . Do you have a automatic trans or manuel ? Move gear selector to neutral , check out wiring diagram here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Watch videos on youtube for basic electrical testing , voltage drop testing etc.... Click on the link.
Starter wiring, early production.
My info says your security system is starter disable, the security will also disable fuel injectors.
In the diagram, pull starter relay, use jumper wire between cavities 30 and 87, if possible, the starter should crank. If you try that, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set. Terminals 85 and 86 are the control side of relay. Terminals 30 and 87 are the load side of relay.
The control side of relay needs voltage and ground.
The load side of relay, terminal 30 is hot all the time. W/o testing I don't know the problem?

Wont start for 10 min

Have your charging system tested and include the Battery. Go to Autozone.com ,register your vehicle for free, get free wiring diagrams and Fusebox layouts. Have a starter draw test done.

Check the relays for the fuelpump, ignition, and PCM. Sometimes the horn relay can be the same part number and be interchanged.

What you are describing can be many things. You have more compression in a hot engine, you have different timing in a hot engine because vehicles run so lean today. The O2 sensors may be keeping the engine too lean to restart after a warmup. Relays can overload when hot and kick out the connections. Your fuelpump can be failing.

You did not indicate how far you drive when this happens. If you are driving 10 miles a weak battery will not recharge, but a 100 mile trip gives it more opportunity. The starter draw test will tell if the starter is bad. The starter may cool down overnight, but frequent restarts may heat the starter with it failing.

Quadzilla starter motor turning but not engine

The starter has two parts. the large part of the starter is a motor that turns the gear that engages the flywheel. the smaller part of the starter is a solenoid that pushes the gear foreward to align the starter gear to the flywheel. Sounds to me that either the starter shaft or gear have become stripped, or the sterter solenoid is not pushing the starter gear foreward. Most likely the solenoid failed.
