Question about 1991 Dodge Grand Caravan
The dome/interior lights come on whenever the dash board dimmer switch is out of the off position even when all of the doors are closed. The light should only come on when the switch is slid all the way to the end (right). I pushed the door switches in and out to make sure they at least moved except the rear hatch one which I could not find. Would I have to replace the entire headlight switch or is it possible to open it up and move contacts that may be out of place after all this time?
Replace the switch The age of your vehicle warrants the switch replacement

Switch is inside the door. by the lock mechanism ( door latch) If you remove door panel you should be able to reach wire it runs outside the door. Interior lights ground threw that wire so it is ether grounded or the switch is bad
