Question about 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe
You have two options to start with, either pressure test the cooling system to check if you have a leak under pressure or you will need to check your water in the radiator for combustion gases. Quite a simple check with the right equipment. the air from the header tank gets absorbed into the liquid that changes colour if combustion deposits are present.
If no leaks are visible the water is probably getting burnt in the engine, ie head gasket.
Have you checked the oil for emulsification, basically it goes white mix oil with water under these circumstances the cam/ rocker cover is full of a white sludge.
Also bear in mind if you have wet liners for the pistons the seals can go allowing oil to enter the sump[.

It is either condensation water from the A/C unit that should go out a drain tube to the outside (only if A/C or Defrost is on) or a leaky heater core. If it is a heater core you can usually smell a coolant smell and the water will be warm and your windows will fog up inside. Heater core is more common. Joe ASE Master Tech

mmmmmmmm they are really hard to replace but most likelly is goin to be a intake gasket, i do recomend you to call arrown the auto repairs and ask for a pressure test to the cooling system
this test is not that expensive and will tell you exactly where is the leak coming from, but on this type of vehicles i badly see a freeze plug leaking.
