How do i replace the gaskets on my transmission

Likely a big job. Remove trans from car. Open. Scrape old gaskets from case. Apply gasket adhesive to one side of case. Stick gasket to adhesive. Apply more adhesive to gasket and assemble case.

Not a job I would look forward to.

How to repair a cracked and broken Ne q'wa Xmas ornament.

These are reverse painted, so the paint is on the inside. I would glue it, then remove the top and pour in PVA Carpenters adhesive, swirl it around and then tip it upside down the drain. Test the adhesive on a small part of the paint first.

Glue the parts together with Super Glue GEL. This is easier to apply.

remove the door. drill the spot welds up top. grind the edges of the old door until you can separate it with a hand chisel and hammer with ease. and get a soft hammer and a piece of wood and gently bend over the edges. dont forget to apply adhesive to the reinforcement inside the door to the skin and spot weld the upper lip of the door skin.

Madza protege 1998 front brakes making grinding noise when brakes applied , changed brake pads last week

You would need to apply some adhesive to the back of the brake pads.
This is common practice regarding disc brakes.
Quite a few brands are sold in most autoparts stores, and you should ask the clerk to show you some disc-brake noise reduction adhesives.
Once you get one of these adhesives, jack up the car again, and remove those pads. Follow direction as written on the adhesive's package.

What type of adhesive will bond to the plastic in the front bumber/shroud of an 05 Highlander?

3M weatherstrip adhesive. Comes in several colors. Black is probably the color for you. Once the bead of glue is applied, affix pieces to be glued then remove for a few seconds to allow the adhesive to "wick". then press pieces together and hold until glue sets up. Good luck!

Replace driver side mirror

Go to local auto glass shop or auto supply store. Order a new mirror (not expensive). Ask also for the proper adhesive.

Put on some thick gloves (use pliers if needed) and remove the old glass.
Remove old adhesive from the mirror frame.
Apply adhesive to frame
Put new part in place and hold for a few seconds (read adhesive instructions).

That is it.

Please rate if this helps give your direction.
