Question about 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix
Think I'm having an electrical problem with my 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. The wiper blades stay straight up when in the off position they still work but they get in my field of vision. Also my engine coolant light, check engine light, tracion light, stay on all the time. Anyone able to help?
As far as the wipers staying up this is a common problem with them. I have a 2002 that had the same problem. There is what they call call a park tab that tells the wipers where to park at when they are turned off. Technically the tab should be replaced however I got by with heating it up and bending it back into the shape it is suppose to be in. You have to remove the cowl below the windshield to get to the motor which is where it is located. I would say the skill level required for this repair is at least a 3 on a scale of 5 being most difficult
