U are going to have to buy a factory service manual, the entire dash assembly must come out, dozens of steps to many to list here.

Maybe the blower motor is not working, they give no warning signs, they just quit. If you tap lightly on it, it might blow just to get you by for now.

There isnt coolant going through the heater core, therefore no heat. Is there a valve or could the core be blocked with something? It's a 99 Expedition Eddie Bauer.

yes very common you will have to flush it out using a garden hose with good water pressure. disconnect both hoses connect one to the hose and turn the water on keep switching to back flush it until clean water runs out of it. reconnect hoses and it will be fine.

I have an 2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Baurer, Check Air Suspension light is on. The suspension is not working at all truck rides very low and bounces every time a bump is hit, what could be wrong?

Any part of the air ride suspension system could have failed.
I would replace the air suspension, with a conversion, such as strutmaster or similar product, other wise you have to diagnose your current system and repair.

Diagram bypass heater cord on 2001 ford expedition eddie bauer

the heater bypass is quite simple, if you look at the firewall you will see two medium sized coolant lines, remove them from the firewall and link them together using a proper sized tube, you can purchase a kit at a parts store quite cheaply
