Construction and use of vehicles prohibits you from modifying the vehicle ,emissions test and vehicle inspection. If this vehicle is a 92 then its the first of mono point injection with catalytic exhaust -their is no brain box as such, didnt know it was called a brian box though, always thought that was monty pythons

All Mornings I need to Warm-up the engine until the Temp is completly in the middle. , if I drive the card almost does'nt move and spills Transmission oil, When thw engine is warm up runs Ok.

This is the sort of fault that is very difficult to diagnose from a post on here without my dirty hands under the bonnet ,but from the sound of it either you have the wrong oil in the auto gearbox like its been filld with manual gearbox oil or the brake bands and clutch are worn and the particles are in sump going around with the oil clogging up the gauze filter inside the box so drain the oil out and drop the sump of the gearbox then clean the filter and refill with new oil ATF type transmission oil and see what happens ,if it works of sorts but still playing up then trade car in quick

Every oncne in a while my 2001 Intrepid won't shift. It only happens firtst thing in the morning and has only happened 3 times. I went to autozone a had the run a dignostic and I got a code for my TCM. It...

Emission control system shouldn't affect the transmission from shifting properly. It an affect engine performance, but not transmission. I would check your transmission fluid level to ensure it is at the proper fill. In the morning, fluid is cool, and may be slightly low. As it warms up, the fluid expands and then fills enough to properly shift.

Check the fluid with car running and in park. Make sure to clean dipstick before checking to get proper reading. Add fluid in slow increments of .25 qt, then run the vehicle with foot on the brake through all gears on the transmission shifter. Check level again, and continue til the proper level is achieved.

Hope this helps!

On Saturday my car would turn over. the battery

Nothing you've you said seem out of the ordinary.
You do need to remove ALL the corrosion from the battery and then put Vaseline over the terminals so that it doesn't happen again.
The battery is not fully charged - it can take awhile, and depends how far you drive - and the corrosion can keep the car from charging it when you driving.
SO - clean it up and then charge it and it should start better.

Car wont move after warmed up

Stuck in snow, if you spin the tires for a prolonged amount of time you can overheat the transmission and damage it internally. Without seeing it, my best guess is that's what happened!
