Yes, possibly the water got up around ignition parts or electrical connections that are giving you problems. Have the engine computer scanned for diagnostic trouble codes. If the engine light was on, it should have set a code.
Check your master switch on the door panel. If all doors are doing it, the master lock swith is suspect. Don't know if your car has a body control module, or if it has anything to do with the locks. good luck.
