Question about 2002 Toyota Highlander
Toyota suv fuses relays location are passenger compartment left kick panel.passenger compartment on left end of dash under hood engine compartment on driver side.

This model does not have an external fuel filter, there is a permanent fuel filter inside the gas tank that is not serviceable unless you want to remove the gas tank.

Hi! As a first course of action please try this... Open the hood and remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for atleast 5mins. This should reset the system and resolve the fuel pump problem. Reconnect the battery connector after 5mins. then see how it goes. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

check your fuses or the fuel relay which are located in the fuse box either by the drivers side or in the engine compartment,
