Question about 1991 Toyota Previa
The fuel pump is new and I checked the EFI fuse it is alos working. I need to know where I can find the EFI relay in a 1991 toyota previa. If you can post picture even better

The fuel pump should run for a second or two when you first turn the key on, but then shuts down to prevent the engine from flooding if the computer does not get a signal from the crank or cam sensors which the computer uses to trigger the ignition system. So no spark no fuel. Check to see if you have a spark in the ignition system.

I would definately check the fuel pump relay, should be located in power distribution box in your vehicle, you may be able to switch it out with a relay of the same type to see if it turns on the fuel pump, but you may need a new fuel pump if this doesn't fix it. Hope this helps.
