SOURCE: Kia Door Handle

Remove the door trim inside by loosen 3 bolt with screw driver, then pull out the door trim, after that loosen the hex.bolt (3 hex-bolt) on lock mechanism bracket, after that you can loose bolt (4 hex bolt) on handle cover. Be careful to not drop the bolt, because the gap on sliding door is too narrow. After you removing the handle assembly you can see where is the broken. You can remove the handle from cover by removing pin clips on it. To fixing the broken handle you can just using plastic glue or you can drill a small hole and put some small wire to reinforce the plastic.

SOURCE: rightside interior door handle not opening door

It could mean the rod connecting the handle to the latch has broken. You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. and you can access the innards of the door

SOURCE: 2007 Kia Sedona van power sliding door

i just had to have this fixed on my 07 sedona on the bottom arm for the doors there are litle lock solinoids that go bad i would take it to a dealer to have it checked for the switch you can turn the power off to the doors and open them manualy but they are hard to open because you are pulling the cable instead of the motor doing it and this will not hurt the doors

I have a 2009 Kia Sedona that blows heat on the drivers side only. What would I look for to be the problem

If you have dual range heating system (separate for driver and passenger), you have two blend doors. If you're only getting heat on the driver's side, the passenger blend door actuator is not working. It's possible this can be serviced without having to remove the entire HVAC box, but you would have to check for sure in a service manual, or a Haynes of Chilton repair manual.

Removing blend door actuator on 2008 kia sedona

Removal of this device is achieved by removing the interior door panel at the door which is affected. Remove arm rest and handles pull edges of door panel gently to release plastic snaps holding the door panel around its edges. If you know an upholstery shop, they can instruct you about removing door panels. Its involved job.

2008 kia sedona, driver side rear door wont lock with remote or switch, only manually.

They both could be right. The motor is built into the latch on the door. Since you have sliding doors, it runs threw the module. I would pull the panel, find the wires for the motor. put 12 volts and ground to the wires, if it doesn't actuate, reverse the wires. If it still doesn't. replace the latch. If it does work, check the wiring to the module. If they are good, replace the module.
