Is there a reset button on a GMC Savannah 1500 van and where is fuel pump location?

There is no reset button if you mean like a fuel shut-off switch or fuel inertia switch. Only used by Ford as far as I know. I've never heard of one on a GM product.
The fuel pumps have been located in the gas tank since the beginning of fuel injection systems back in the 1980's. Some GM cars since about 2000 have a special access plate in the trunk area just above the gas tank, for fuel pump module removal. Previously, the only way to replace a fuel pump was to remove the tank from the vehicle. That is probably the case in your van, but check for an access plate in the floor, just above the fuel tank-just above the small opening in the tank where the pump is removed.

2000 savanna only 50 lbs fuel pressure at port with 150 k could screen in tank be clogged or likely pump?

you can try changing the filter first. if that don't work try banging on the bottom of the fuel tank. if it starts from that then change the pump.

2003 gmc savanna, wont start, new fuel pump and ignition cylinder, I turned key to on position, let sit for 15 min and still wont start just turns over

Find fuel test valve in fuel rail on top of engine. Take cap off valve. Turn key on. Push down valve with screw driver. fuel should squirt out. If not check fuse fuel pressure relay and bad wires. If fuel does come out, remove a spark plug from engine. Connect plug wire to plug. Ground plug against engine. Crank over engine and look for spark.

Can i put a electric fuel pump on frame and still draw fuel through pump in tank?

should be able to but the fuel pressure will be greatly reduced and the vehicle will not run properly..if money is an issue then do what I did..go to a towyard and purchase an entire fuel tank..(told them mine was leaking)..some states will not sell tanks because of EPA rules so be aware of this..be careful of the wiring connectors because in just a few months difference between models will be tough to match the connector between the tank and wiring harness.

Fuel pump on a 1999 gmc 3500 savanna van not turning on

The fuel pump relay is under the hood right next to the fuel pump fuse, both are clearly marked. The under-hood fuse and relay center is on the drivers side it is a large black plastic box. I think you will find that you need a new pump and a new fuel pump connector at the fuel tank. Have a trained technician confirm this before replacing any parts, the fuel pump is very expensive.

I have a 2000 GMC 3500. it will start but then it dies immediately

Have you checked your fuel filter? If it needs replacement, it will restrict the flow of fuel thereby perhaps creating the symptoms you have described. This needs replacement regularly or it's remotely possible that you could damage your fuel pump which is located in the fuel tank. Fuel pump replacement is very expensive should it be needed (over $650.00 +) Note: As I understand it, the fuel pump is cooled by gas in your tank so it is important to keep at least 1/8 tank of gas in your tank at all times while running the vehicle to be certain you are not overheating the pump and shortening its service life. Anyone capable of crawling under the van can easily replace the fuel filter on most of the GMC Savanna/ Chevy Express models in about 5-10 minutes with just a ratchet/socket combo or wrench (to remove the bracket bolt that holds the filter in place) and a needle nose pliers (needed to squeeze the quick connect tabs that connect the lines to the filter). The correct filter will cost about $16 - $25 at a Walmart store. They are much more expensive at the dealer or parts supplier ($35- $55)!
