Question about Cars & Trucks
Give the car a boost. Hook cables from one battery to another making sure the red , [pos] is on the red [pos] , and black [neg] is connected to black [neg] of other vehicle. Let car charge this way for a few minutes and restart. Sounds like a bad battery, won't hold the charge. Does the car turn over at all, or everything is dead? A tow company will offer boosts as so do most cab companies. Good luck

i have the same problem right now. the relay is located under the big black box on passenger side of engine compartment. There are three relays in there. orange, blue and white. I dont know which is associated with the fuel pump though.

I can't quite follow your post, but it sounds like you set off the car alarm. Lock and unlock your doors with the key Fob to reset it.
I've replaced the battery several times in my 328 without such a problem.

is there fuel at the fuel rail it may be your fuel pump but that is just a maybe
i can help you with your electrical draw problem though; with the batter charged remove the negative cable at the battery, place a test light between the battery and the negative cable if there is an electical draw the test light should be lit, then go to your fuse box and start removing fuse by fuse until the test light goes off then you know what is drawing electricity most of the times its a stuck door switch that no longer switches the dome lights off or small lights under the dash and stuff like that good luck

Alfa's have a Nylon ball with the gear selector (under the gearbox). They wear pretty easily. This could be pretty worn, either that or you're running low on gearbox, or "selespeed" oil. Check them out. They're pretty important and can cause serious problems to the gear box if not looked after.

SOURCE: 2001 expedition 5.4l. wont crank
get a multimeter and test battery output, if more than 13v when you turn key to crank position if below then battery may be faulty and not holding charge, check starter relay and fuse, if ok also check for any parasitic draw from any accesary that might draw down battery when engine not running
