Hi there. When you reset the gate motor, did you remember to push the test button at the end of the procedure to confirm the travel limits? Did it complete the setup without a hitch, stopping in the pedestrian position? It might be helpful to check whether the status LED is flashing as this will give you an indication of what the problem could be. Hi my d2 motor won't run it beeps 4 times when triggered
Hi there. The fact that it beeps four times seems to indicate that it is encountering an obstruction, or has encountered that maximum number of allowable collisions. Have you checked for dirt or debris on the track? You can also try removing and reapplying power and then checking whether the motor operates - this will clear the collision counter. Perhaps it would be best if I got a technician to phone you when you are at the motor. Do you perhaps have a contact number for me?
