2006 free star ford van panel lights, fan and radio shut off and on while driving also no high beams

The high beams not working could be caused by a non working high beam relay ! location , under hood fuse box . Or fuse F45 15 amp under hood fuse box . The other problem may be a shared ground that's loose . Finding a wiring digram here an checking to see if in fact they do share a common ground point is the place to start . After looking at wiring diagrams these do share a common ground point .
G- 201 . Look behide the driver side kick panel , bolted to the A- pilliar .If not there could be inback of the instrument panel .

97 tacoma tail lights and dash light not working. Fuses and relays seem good.

If you can remove the relay, it is easy to test if you have a multimeter (volts, ohms, amps).
A relay is simply a switch that works electrically, using a low current circuit to turn on and off a high current circuit, for example a headlamp or spot lamp circuit that usually draws anything from 10 to 30 amps, and is switched on by a switch designed to handle only 2 or 3 amps.
Typically it has four contacts, but sometimes contacts are shared, and the relay ends up with just three contacts.
To test the relay (once it has been removed) find the low current contacts. This is achieved by switching the multimeter to Ohms, turn it to the lowest reading (200 or less) and probe any two points on the relay. Carry on testing until a pair is found that shows a reading on the meter. These two points are the "pick" points, or the low current circuit contacts.
Placing a 12 volt current across these two points will close the circuit over the other two points. If you can't find any two points that indicate a reading on the Ohm scale, your relay is shot.
If you've found the two points described, connect a wire to each one and connect one to the battery +, the other to the - or earth, and listen for a "click" sound indicating the closing of the contacts.
The high current contacts can still be faulty, so check with the meter for continuity across these points when the relay pulls in.
Please let us know if this helped at all..

I have a nissan primera 2006 1.8. it miss fires under load and when indicators are used

Hi. You have a bad earth connection on one of your rear light units. Stand behind car and see which side behaves oddly when all the lights are used together. Then remove the unit and inspect the plug and socket. If its too badly corroded, fix in a new earth wire to a suitable point. This is also the earth point for the fuel pump....hence the reason for loss of power.

this would definitely be the relay and you would have to chase the wire from the light or the steering column to find out exactly. I don't know much about this van or else i would be able to tell you where it is located. sorry
