Some cars have a second fuse box under the hood near the battery. See if your car doesn't have one of those.

SOURCE: horn not working on a 2006 ford f250 xlt

The cause of this is not the horn or fuse in most cases, it is caused by the rotating contact that connects the horn button, in order to repair this you will need a new clock-spring contact, to install the airbag must be disarmed, his has to be done by the book or serious injury can result.

SOURCE: instument panel does not work

Hello,I will try to give my input.Try looking under the drivers side and passengers side of the dash.If not there look in the kick panels. The kick panels are as follows; To the left of your feet, sitting in the drivers seat, and to the right of your feet sitting in the passengers seat.If no luck finding the fuse box in the vehicle, look in the owners manual under fuses, and it will direct you to a page number,If you find out there is no other fuse box,or the fuses you find are all good, pull the cluster(where you where talking about, the gauges and ect.)and look for the bad ground. If I can be more helpful, please contact me >

SOURCE: 1976 ford f250 steering gearbox assembly

eBay for 1977 Motor's Repair Manual and hope the steering gear section has a picture of yours in it. Copy the same section from the local library if you are lucky enough to have one with those on the shelves. You won't find specific info for your exact setup, just general guidlines to go by as that's all that's really needed by most mechanics. Powersteering or armstrong?

I have no gauges & alternator is out on a 2003 ford f250 superduty

There is a 10amp fuse for the gauges and the circuit that turns on the alternator. I think the fuse is in the engine compartment fuse box but your owners manual would tell you for sure.
You need to know if that circuit has power with the key switch on.
The wire going from the fuse to the instrument cluster is red and yellow and the wire between the cluster and the alternator is lite green and red.

I have no gauges working at all can you tell me if there is a fuse for this. I have checked several fuses labeled instrument cluster and none of them are it. I have also reseached fuse #44 that everyone...

Those fuses (circled in 2nd pic below) are in the central junction box, under dash on left side. Also check the 3 connectors at the instrument panel if it isn't the fuse.

No brakes lights on 2000 Ford F250 after pulling trailer. Checked all fuses and are OK. Rear brake light above cab is working. Checked both bulbs also. Thanks Bill

Depending on where your truck was made you will either find the fuse under the gauge cluster or under the hood in the power distribution box. The fuse for the trailer lights is separate from the fuse for the truck brake-lights.

The fuel gauge doesn't work on my 95 F250

the sending unit could not have power or the fuse could be burnt out. Sometimes the sending unit does get stuck.

F-250 2003 power[strok

Hi, we had this problem on a Toyota jeep in the garage a few years back & it turned out to be the earth wire coming into the dash as this is linked to the fly by wire thottle.
The wire had been cut through with something rubbing on it.
Sounds like yours is the same.
Check all earth wire connections then check the power connections even at the alternator as this would ba a feed point.
Also check the fuses ( as it could be that simple)
