You need to replace your alternator with one that has a higher amp output rating,And maybe add an additional battery to compensate for the increase draw on the electrical system.

Please take time to rate this fixya solution.

Why wont the power windows in my 2004 Mitsubishi eclipse rs work?

If this problem has to do with just one window , then the windows motor has to be replaced . If all of the windows don't work , check the power cable or the fuses : there is a fuse box under the hood .

Does it set the check engine light? Can you smell fuel fumes in engine compartment? Reading the computer code will get you on the right path to find the problem. Could be loss of fuel, flooding of fuel, or loss of ignition. Need tests to find this one.

Power loss, motor is boging @ 4000 rpm and above

First you need a High Output Alternator and an Optima Battery Wired up as Extra Power to Supply the System. The System is Robbing too much power from the Battery to Run the Engine Components.
