I don't believe that the 1991 Accord DX had a Honda accessory alarm option, but regardless, factory or aftermarket, it was wasn't installed at the factory, it was installed at the dealer or an aftermarket store. Just remove it, and reattach any cut wires.
indicator relay is stuck usually open and close to flash light but if it has arcked it will keep it on all the time. and put side lights on, on this side when engine is off and parked. also controls the hazzards
I run a rav and my issue was the alternator, which killed my battery which then hurt my wiring, if u recently did any DIY on your radio deck that wiring is super confusing and caused my alarm to either never stop going off or never go off, check your alternator or if u put in a new stereo deck check the wires
No idea to be honest as this is a thing we dont have on europeon vehicles but try disconnecting the battery and joining the leads together for a half hour then reconnect the battery and see if this clears the fault
