HOW DO YOU READ THE TRANSMISSION DIP STICK ON A 04 BOONEVILLE GXP

in park warm to hot fluid, into the cross hatch marked area (level ground) if you have a dipstick some gm models just have a cap

mcdevito75 hre, The firing order should be stamped on the intake manifold some where or on a sticker just under the hood or right by the radiator, if not you could try 1-5 3-6 2-4 your local library or auto parts store may have a manual with the firing order.

Oil pressure guage dropped to 5 after an oil change in my pontiac bonneville gxp 2005

Did it stay there? If so, put a pressure gauge on the engine, to check the actual pressure and then you will be able to tell if it is just the sending unit/pressure sw , that is off.
