Most auto part stores that I have been in stock the haynes auto repair manual, I have gotten some for way back in the 70's. If you don't see them, ask if they have them.

Horn keeps blowing on 1995 riveria won't stop till fuse blows

This exact same thing happened to my 1994 Buick Skylark Coupe. It started to go off just now and then, and it wouldn't stop until the fuse blew (like you said), or I literally punched the steering wheel repeatedly and sometimes it would stop. I assumed the horn was shorting out. One day it just stopped working all together. I took it into the dealership and they said that it had in fact shorted out. I bought a new horn kit on eBay, and had it put in by one of my buddies that is a mechanic for a Nissan dealership, and it resolved the issue. I'm guessing your horn is shorting out as well. I'd bet that the same exact horn that is in the 1994 Skylark is also in your 1995 Riveria. Not SURE, but I'm guessing. Check around for a replacement, or ask the dealer if they can order you one. Hope this helps!

How do i replace the belt for a buick riveria

If it is still on all the pulleys you will have to find a tensioner pulley and loosen it. Then it should slip right off. I found that you may have to take both belts off depending on which belt you are trying to take off. To replace it-there is a diagram in the owners manual that shows the correct route/positioning!!!

Location of fan blower relay

On most GMs, the fan relay is inside of the fan housing. It uses the fan to keep it cool, because the resistors generate a lot of heat. These resistors go bad usually one at a time until all you have left is high speed. You have to remove the fan and there it is! It is a big pain to be upside down, but with a light and a mirror, you can see it easily.

1995 Buick riveria overheating after just a little while

Check your thermostat first. If that doen't fix it, pressure check the coolant system for leaks. These cars are known for head gaskets failing.

Water pump leaking

Instructions for this are too long to write, though it's pretty much a "remove stuff, then put it back together" operation. Location & removal varies from engine to engine... I strongly suggest that if you don't have mechanical experience, get a repair manual and follow the instructions. Remember to change thermostat and unless your coolant is fresh &clean, add new when completing repair. The price on most new pumps is fairly close in most cases to that of a rebuild... Consider using new as failure rates on these are much lower, right out of the box!!!
Good luck
