Speedometer error on 1993 Plymouth Voyager with 3.3L V6

After having the transmission rebuilt, the speedometer reads roughly 10% faster than the actual speed. I can run an indicated 70 MPH and actually be doing about 62 MPH. It also reads mileage on the odometer at about 10% more than the actual distance traveled. Still running the same size of tires as have allways run (the factory recommended size)

Have you called transmission place? Did they also install it? Ask them if they changed speedometer adapter, and mention the difference in speed.

Speedometer won't work at all.

If the speedometer and odometer are both dead, the problem is usually the speed sensor in the transmission.
If only the speedometer is dead, the speedometer and cluster may have to be repaired or replaced.

I have no read out on odometer or transmission indicator, no dash lights , no guage or speedometer or rpm readings on the 200 chrysler voyager

check your fuse box for blown fuses, if thats not the problem....you have electrical issues with your whole dashboard---the dealer has to check that in detail.

Odometer and speedometer not working

the speedometer cable broke! thats what your odometer runs off too and they route into the transmission so maybe try looking there for the problem.
