Flush a 1996 lexus Ls400 transmission with No previous problems but had 93,000 miles on the transmission fluid and filter (338,000 miles total on the transmission )after a total flush with No Filter change...

start all over! git rid of fuilter,ole fluid, and flush again. NEW FILTER,GASKET,FLUID, and see tuat will happen. oh! and reprogram the key/!

Yes, a non-certified person could replace something on the car. The person has to understand what he/she's doing, though.
Best way: open the radiator cap and drain the coolant. Leave the radiator cap off until done.
Place a container under the radiator to catch the coolant.
Replace the thermostat, and refill the radiator.

Where is the fuel sensor for a 96lexus ls400

left bank is the driver side. there is also going to be sensor 1 or 2. most often its sensor one. you really cant clean it, once its bad thats pretty much it for the sensor.

Changing 1996 Lexus LS400 headlight bulb.

you have to remove the head lamp. there are 4 bolts that hold it in. you will have to remove ouyer marker lens first.1 screw on top and pull forward. clips hold lens pretty tight.

If you can find replacement bushings, take the control arm to a machine shop and have them replaced. The bushings are pressed in and you would spend the entire weekend trying to get them out by hand.

My 96 ls400 suspension noise

front lower ball joints are possible cause, they wear out and start all kinds of noises, uppers are also suspect, either the ball joint or the control arm bushings. Did you put the anti squeek shims behind the pads?
