Question about 1998 Subaru Forester
When it is cold and I go to put my 98 forester in reverse it kills once warmed up it is fine only does this in reverse could it be transmission? Please help
Would need to know more. Did the 'check engine' light come on about the time you first noticed this happening? If so, have the code checked for diagnosis. I would suspect FUEL TRIM error (or similar) in the computer compensating the fuel injection when the car is put in gear versus in Park or Neutral when cold.
