Question about 2005 Ford Taurus
I'm sure there's been something done to the mirror at some point in time. It still moves freely left, right, up and down, but it doesn't go up enough for my height. It's not because I'm freakishly tall or anything of the sort, I'm sure it's just a matter of the mirror having been changed in some way. Is there a way to adjust the mirror without replacing it? I'm sure there is, I just can't figure out how to remove the back panel on the mirror without breaking it, so wondered what kind of insight I'd gain here.
Thanks in advance
You can manually push the mirror left or righ or up and down. It just ratchets on the plastic screw adjusters. It won't do any damage.
If you have floding mirros, make sure they are locked into position.
here's what inside looks like of 2002 mirror. I don't have 2005
