Car pulls the left when i put on the brakes medium to hard braking.

Have your brakes gone over IMMEDIATELY. You have either worn out brake pads or a wheel cylinder or caliper failure.

Brakes not engaging immediately.. need to be pumped

check the reservoir immediately. it apprears to me you have a leak. check for fluid on the ground and on the inside of each wheel. if you see no fluid and the reservoir is low, the master brake cylinder could be leaking into the brake vacuum booster.

Try removing the battery for half an hour or so and then reconnecting (check you have all your radio codes etc before you do this).

Brake failure stop asap lights and stc/abs/brake/airbag light what does it mean and how bad is it?

I have had the same problem with my car for 3 months now. It is the ABS module that needs to be replaces. Ignore the stop ASAP light the brakes will still function as standard brakes. You just don't have ABS brake functionality or STC when those lights are on. Your car should still drive fine. Go on line and order a rebuilt ABS module for about $200 and the problem is solved. Hope that helps.
