I wish I had one!
I have two cars at the present with the same problem.
What I did to keep from being irritated was to put black tape over the light.
I'm pretty sure someone will need to remove the seats and carpets out of the car and chase the problem which is likely in one of the wiring harnesses somewhere. The harnesses are under the carpets and along the sides of the seats by the rocker panels. That is way more work than I would do in my front yard.
A shop will do this for you, but the cost might be really high, like a few hundred dollars.
If you decide to call repair shops, I'd go with a body shop, not a mechanic's garage.
Body shops are familiar with this type or repair. Ask some shops and see.

Dumb question first, are u wearing them? they have a sensor in the front seats to detect if the front two seats are occupied, if u are wearing them, and it still blinks.. unplug the seat sensor to see if that helps.

Flashing seat belt light

There are sensors in some car seats that pick up if someone is sitting in the seat, when the car is started, the safety system will check that if there is a person in the seat, if so, the seatbelt has to be clicked to stop the light from flashing. I have found that if I have a heavy weight sitting on my passenger seat, the warning light will come on to say the seat belt is not fastened as it thinks someone is sitting there. It could be a faulty switch under the seat that is causing your problem.

Seat belt warning light

Usually a sensor in the seat that recognizes a body in it. Check under the seat for any plug that may have disconnected. maybe someone kicked it with their foot.

My 1993 Elantra's seat belt audible/light indicator continually goes off, even when belts are buckled. The only time light/sound indicator turn off is when the passenger side door opens.

There is a switch in the seat belt latch that is probably worn out and it is sensing that the seat belt is not being used.
If this is a problem it should be easy to fool it into thinking the seat belt is connected by finding the wires that run to that switch and connect them together.

Auto seat belt light comes on

There is a wire that connects to the seat belt on the latch side. Check to make sure it is securely connected. This will cause the light to stay on.
