We did not get all of your story.
The broken spark plug would cause a miss if that is your question.

A freind of mine try to change the spark plugs , and broke of the plugs in the head, how do you get them out?

have fun with that, i did on my dad's 04 f150 the problem is, the tips of the spark plugs are down in the combustion chamber, and gets seised up by carbon (bad design), first you gotta order a special tool from Ford, its basically a tap and dye set that you have to get them out with, but first let the engine get cold, then take some lubricant and spray in there, and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Take your socket and slowly screw it in and out about a 1/8 of a turn. do this several times, but they will probably break anyway. You will have to use the special too to drive into the part of the spark plug that's left in the head, then change the tool and drive it out. I highly suggest you use anti-sese when you put the new ones in. I think the tool is called a Ford Tri valve spark plug remover, if you have access to AllDataPro, its on a TSB

How to change spark plugs in 2002 ford f150 with a 5.4ltr

Hello my name is Israel and I will be glad to help you. On this vehicle it is fairly easy. This vehicle has a coil to plug assembly, meaning that each spark plug has its own coil. All you have to do is carefully pull the spark plug wire off the spark plug with a little "tough love". Using a 5/8 socket remove spark plug and replace with new one, connect spark plug wire until you feel it "snap" back onto the spark plug. Repeat with the other 7 spark plugs. Good Luck.

1988 F150 cranks / turns when trying to start but will not fire. it gets fuel, coil , ignition module changed, ingition unit on steeing wheel under dash has also been changed. acts like no combustion is...

no combustion or no compression? timing chain broke? you did not supply enough info about what you tested.or how. remove a spark plug wire if you dont like shcks take an old spark plug two alligator clips and a piece of wire attatch to the hex metal body of this old plug and connect the wire you just removed run the starter while watching for strong!!! can have a weak spark and no start=bad coil.i think but maybe wrong that this vehicle still uses aignition module located somewhere on the fender.find a parts locator maybe at the library. this module was aproblem for decades.have fun.
