If the ABS light is on, you would need to have the computer scanned for trouble codes to find the problem.

Cruise control fuse # 31 10amp located in the under hood fuse / relay box an HZDFL fuse # 40 15amp located in the center console fuse box . If you pull the plastic side panel off of the right side of the console there is a fuse box inside . If the fuse are good the control module could be bad . Could also be turned off because the ABS has a problem .
DTC P1554 - do you know what a diagnostic trouble code is ?

The powertrain control module (PCM) has the ability to inhibit cruise control operation if conditions exist that would make cruise operation undesirable. The following conditions may inhibit cruise control operation:
• The engine speed is too high or too low.
• The vehicle speed is too high or too low.
• The traction control has been active for longer than 1 second.
• The vehicle acceleration or deceleration rate is too high

If the ABS light is on ,there are DTC'S stored in the system . Your best bet , take it to a GM dealer or someother qualified repair shop.

My abs light came on and cruise control stopped working on my 2010 Chrysler sebering

The cruise control will not operate on your vehicle if it senses a brake issue. Have a local auto parts store read out the stored codes from your vehicle's computer to help pinpoint the issue causing the error (likely, a defective ABS unit or a brake fluid leak).

Look at your brake master cylinder, open the top to it, and check your brake fluid. If low, that is why the brake light is on. Or check to see if your emergency brake is pushed in. Check your fuses for the cruise control. Hope this helps, James Booth

have the abs sensors removed and cleaned alot of times during brake service dust and contaminations can cause a faulty reading it may also have the speed sensor at the wheels if so the problem is probably with dirty sensors that will also cause cruise not to work
