When you say everything is fine, did you check the blower motor for power and ground with a meter ? The blower motor gets power from the relay, and the resistor and control switch provides the ground circuit.

first check the fuse for the blower fan. if ok check if there is current going to the fan plug on top of the passenger kick panel or behind the glove compartment if there is current change the blower fan and the fan resistor next to it.

Heater wont turn on

So the blower doesn't turn on using any spped fan correct? This would most likely be the blower motor. Go under the dash on the passenger side and remove the kick panel and you should see the Blower housing. Remove the small bolts and verify nothing is in there or if it is seized.

On my santa fe the heater wont turn on. I have

It could be your blower switch, but more than likely it's a resistor that is usually a part of the blower assembly, and it operates the speeds. Doesn't cost much but can be tricky installing. If you had one or two speeds not working, initially, eventually all may stop. If fan stopped working and all speeds had been operating, then you may have a bad wire or blower motor. Also, check your manual for fuses, as there may be a compartment inside the vehicle as well as one under the hood.

It is possible but not very likely. check your floor console fuse block and look at fuse 25(blower) or fuse 26(temp motors)
