Get an OBD reader and check for codes. Faster and cheaper than trying to guess. Likely a bad O2 sensor.

Where is the 02 Oxygen Sensor before the cadalic converter on a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe

Usually these are located on the exhaust manifold or just below the exhaust manifold and you should be able to see it in the engine bay. On V6 engines there will be one sensor on each of the 2 exhaust banks.
You will probably need to remove the engine cover to see the sensors on your exhaust.

If someone told you to replace these because you got a particular fault code I would be wary. A decent scan tool and basic diagnostics can show if the 02 sensor is working or not. Some faults often blamed on an 02 sensor are not due to faulty sensors.

HOW TO FIX THIS CODE P 0174 FOR 2002 HYUNDAI SANTA FE

Code 174 means the fuel mixture for bank two is too lean.
Bank two is usually the side with cylinder number two.
The problem could be the O2 sensor or one of the fuel injectors.

Where are the o2 sensors on a 2004 santa fe

the sensors are in the exhaust system. if you have a v6 there will be one in each exhaust pipe coming off the engine one before the catalytic convertor and one after the catalytic for each pipe. it takes a 7/8" wrench or an o2 sensor socket to replace the sensors.

How do I replace the bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor in my 2003 hyundai santa fe?

You will need a 02 sensor SOCKET

Remove it like you would a spark plug

Reinstall new o2 sensor with a little anti seize compound ON THE THREADS ONLY DO NOT GET ANYTHING ON THE SENSOR TIP OR YOU WILL RUIN IT.

Torque to specified value for your model

Reconnect o2 sensor wire

Done.
