What have you checked so far ?
Could be a fuel or ignition problem.
The distributor cap and rotor could be bad, or fuel pressure could be low among other things.
Ok, what was the fuel pressure before and after replacing the pump ? Is the check engine light on ?

i have put a new fuel pump, distributor, cap and rotor, spark plugs, crank sensor O2 sensor i think thats it
