Can you be more specific?
Is there a component that is wired through the steering column that has a problem? Turn signals--horn--cruise control--whatever, I need more info?
I don't believe I have an over-all wiring diagram for steering column, itself?

Where can I get a wiring diagram for a 1984 L9000 dump truck

Hi Larry:
That's a tall order.
I have a 1980 L8000 and a friend has a 1976 L9000.
We both do most of our own maintenance.
The question that I have for you is, "what problem are you trying to solve?". Maybe we can help.
Cheerfuls.
Gotta keep that old iron running!

No heat 98 ford f150

verify heat is in normal range using dash gauge. if its normal then good. if it is below normal, you may have a sticking open thermostat not allowing heat to build up enough for "hot" heat. but usually luke warm heat will be this issue.

If everything is fine with gauge heat, check the hoses going to your heater core with your hands. they BOTH should be hot. If one is hot and another is warm then you have heater core issues. If both are HOT then you may want to check your temp controls. either temp control may not be working or the door that changes temp may be stuck in the cold position... there are many things, but checking the heater core hoses are most likely going to reveal bad heater core.

You will need wiring diagrams and volt meter to diagnose anything other than touching hoses and looking at gauge.

just love it when diy people do this sort of thing
really screws up simple repairs
I would take it to an accredited auto electrician with truck experience
everything is there but the wires will have to be sorted to find the correct ones and the electrician will have a good idea of what wires go where and that will take a bit of knowledge and a good multimeter

Heaters not blowing on ford ka3 98 with ac ,can any one help

If the heater's are not blowing at all, remove the heater control panel (underneath the radio) and check the wiring at the back. You want the big multiplug near the top, this control's the blowers. The thick black wire (top left i believe) is the earth wire, use a multimeter to see if any voltage is being passed to the other wires. hope this helps
