1999 Volkswagen Jetta Window Regulator
In answer to replacing the Boxster rear window; Yes, very simple; go to your nearest Mercedes dealership and buy any of their models. Your local junk yard may offer you some money for your Boxster, but I doubt it.
I will assume that you have a glass window ,as opposed to a clear plastic one.
Look for a tiny zipper on the window welting ,on the inside,or a sewin ,in velcro tab .
Some of the window styles will change ,without notice from the manifacturer.
Check with an upholstery shop /a glass shop, they should know this ,and most will be happy to help.
I hope this help's
check the weather stripping, if its worn or broken, usually caused by heat or direct sunlight hardening the rubber and causing it to crack, the average cost of replacing this is around 75-100 bucks, hope this helps
Depends on whether it is broken cracked or just scuffed. Repaint of the scuffed cover between $200 and $300. If cracked or broken a good used bumper is about $150 buy you usually have to paint and install. The total cost could add up to $500.00
If you are lucky to find a good one you do not need to paint in your color it is about 1 hour labor to replace.
