it is inside the heater/ac box which goes from one side to the other under your dash and is a monster to get out. check to make sure your actuator motor (which operates the blend doors) is working first.

Fuel return line location on 1997 grand prix 3800 series motor and how much psi runs through it?


Hello! It runs up from the backside of the motor into the fuel rail. The PSI is 48-55.

thats most likely what it is. either that, or something has fallen down the defrosters and its blocking the blend door from opening or closing
