Is the engine management light ( yellow icon ) on dash display flashing when it drops speed? If the answer is yes...then it is trying to drop into limp mode ...a diagnostic check OBD to read the error codes off ecu will pinpoint the problem...I had similar on a terrano
and it turned out to be electronic throttle issues.

1995 impala won't flash codes when I put the GM key in it comes on but won't flash

Well, being a 1995 you could have an OBD I or and OBD II system. If it is an OBD I you can get the check engine light to flash your codes by installing a jumper wire between terminal "A" and "B" in the ALDL plug. If you have an OBD II system you will need a scan tool hooked to the ALDL plug.

Odometer flashing

You need to specify which light is flashing. I'm assuming it's the engine light. It could be a range of things. You need to hook up an OBD II to your vehicle and check the fault code. An auto electrician can do this or you could buy an OBD II for around $200.

What are the meanings and repair for 2001chevy impala obd ll codes P420 and P463. IM blinking code ev and c

this is an obd2 trouble code table, it can help u understand the meaning of code.
and for p0420
you can try this:
Check for exhaust leaks at the manifold, pipes, catalytic converter. Repair as required.
Use a scope to diagnose the oxygen sensor operation (Tip: The oxygen sensor in front of the catalytic converter normally has a fluctuating waveform. The waveform of the sensor behind the converter should be more steady).
Inspect the downstream heated oxygen sensor (HO2), replace if necessary.
Replace the catalytic converter.

2001 toyota camry le check eng. light on

Hello, and welcome to FixYa.
Please allow me to provide assistance to you.

The P-0401 code indicates an issue with the EGR valve. Normally, the most common problem is that the EGR valve sticks slightly, in the open position. To correct this condition, and to eliminate a potential for the engine to start stalling, when the valve finally sticks fully open, is to replace the EGR valve, the EGR transducer, and the EGR vacuum switching valve. This is a very common problem, and easy to rectify.

Thanks for choosing FixYa for assistance.
The graciousness of a FixYa rating for my input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
